{"id":108,"date":"2026-06-08T01:51:55","date_gmt":"2026-06-08T01:51:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stitchshift.ca\/?p=108"},"modified":"2026-06-08T01:53:36","modified_gmt":"2026-06-08T01:53:36","slug":"monty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stitchshift.ca\/?p=108","title":{"rendered":"Monty"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the early hours of April 24th, my sweet little gremlin child Monty woke me in distress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I rushed him to the 24-hour critical care hospital, and while they were able to see him quickly, the prognosis wasn&#8217;t good. Together, we said goodbye to Monty, who purred until the very end.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s been so strange coming home every day since then.
